Tripura




Tripura is located in the north eastern part of india. It shares its border with the Bangaladesh to which is the neighbouring country of India. In Tripura Agrriculture is the main Occupation to sustain over there since there lots of ups and downs due to the Hilly region.


The State is second largest producer of Rubber after the Kerala. But how ever the industry and other commercial areas are not developed Hence its called as under developing state. The 70% of Population in the state is Bengali Region and they have differnt types of Tribes to such as Tripuris, Reangs, Jamatia, Notias and Halams.

The Capital City Agartala is a small town where in which it consits of small Domestic Airport which is connected to one of the major cities like kolkata and Guwahati.Jampuri Hills is the famous station 3000 feet above sea levels and its 250 km from the main city.



The Main Goddes is workshiped over here is Tripurawashini people say that the name of the state was originitaed from the name of the god.
